Unmesh Laddha – President & CEO
Mr. Laddha is the CEO and founder member of IndiaPay. The driving force behind IndiaPay, Unmesh brings a broad background of leadership in servicing financial services organizations and leading-edge technologies in large enterprises, having served with Fortune 1000 clients as an independent consultant in these fields. It is his vision, persistence and experience which provided opportunities to use cutting edge payment technologies creatively in the Indian market and established IndiaPay as a strong force to reckon with. Currently Unmesh lives in Atlanta with his family and shuttles between US and India on regular basis.
Harshal Laddha – Managing Director
Mr. Harshal Laddha is a Financial Management Post Graduate and a founder member of IndiaPay. He has considerable experience and knowledge in Consumer Payment Systems, Information Technology, Transaction Automation and Processing. He has dealt closely with Banks in the payment processing industry at all levels, international card associations like Visa, MasterCard and American Express, and has also been actively involved in discussions with various banks and corporate houses in India. His expertise is in working with large utilities, government organizations, NGOs, financial sector companies and provide them creative bulk payment solutions.
Brent Gephart – Director
Mr. Gephart is presently CEO and President of Card Processing Consultants, Inc who act as consultants for Fortune 100 banks including Fiserv, merchant processing companies and Fortune 5000 companies. His company is a Registered MSR/ISO for Royal Bank of Scotland. Prior to that, he served as COO and Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing for Financial Services for Innuity, Inc. where he developed strategic partnerships with stored value debit card issuers and developed the companies own private label stored value issuing program. He developed offshore banking and acquiring relationships for U.S. merchants pursuing offshore incorporations (IBC’s) in the E.U. and L.A.C.R. Mr. Gephart also served as Executive Vice President U.S. Corporate Strategy and Alternative Distribution for Moneris Solutions, Inc and was previously Director of Marketing and Director of Corporate Strategy for Chase Merchant Services, the acquiring division of J.P. Morgan Chase. Additionally, Mr. Gephart attended Visa Bankcard Management School at Harvard University.
Ulka Rathi – Director, CTO
Ulka is the major contributor behind IndiaPay technologies. Ulka brings an extensive technology experience from the Merchant Acquiring Industry. She was previously Vice President, Thinking Minds, Inc. a service provider for Enterprise Applications and Electronic Transactions markets. She facilitated the implementation of the third largest and oldest payment gateway USA to customized version in India and South Asia. Ulka has effectively combined a Masters in Computer Science with over 14 years in increasingly responsible assignments to reach her Executive Leadership role today. Ulka has demonstrated leadership skills capable of driving dynamic growth through team building, strong strategic planning and operational management. Proven success delivering bottom line results in opportunities that involve complex technologies, multi faceted operations, and strategic acquisitions.
